  1. Love these quick sketches. I love the way you use the side of the pencil and shadow out parameters. I’m getting ready to visit and sketch at some farms and animal rescues in the middle of the state of Florida and wanted some 2dimensional practice before I go. Thanks. Barbara

  2. Never thought I’d be drawing a chicken. Well, it was fun! I did it while the video was live and used only the little image on the side so I don’t go crazy trying to add all the details.

  3. My first chicken and on Strathmore tan toned paper! I also tried to keep the drawing to class time with Scott. The more I think about what I am drawing the more I mess up nit pickin’.

  4. I let my chicken go(don’t worry…she’s free range) with what I had done in class with Scott. I start with a blank sheet of paper and work with him and not do a lot to it afterwards.
